Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, our customer support team will contact you to confirm two things:

  • Shipping address

  • Footwear size

We will make three call attempts. If we do not receive a response, your order will be marked as "Cancelled."

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times may vary by location. Generally:

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 business day after confirmation.

  • Delivery within Pakistan takes approximately 3–5 business days.

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you promptly.

  • Leopards

  • PostEx

  • Other trusted courier services

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your order’s progress until it arrives at your doorstep.

Shipping Address Guidelines

Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

International Shipping

Yes, we offer International Shipping to all major countries.

  • Advance payment is required for both the product and shipping.

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–21 working days after order confirmation.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, external factors such as customs processing or unforeseen delays may affect the schedule. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Address Modifications

Please note:
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed. This applies to both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid orders.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE shipping on all local orders above PKR 7000

  • International shipping is charged at a flat rate of PKR 8,500 per order
