Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 10 days of placing it — no explanation needed.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product (if applicable).

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must have been purchased within the last 10 days.

  • It must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Perishable or rapidly deteriorating goods

  • Products mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the shipping cost and risk of returning items to us.

Please send your returns to:

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.
Refunds cannot be issued without the returned item or proof of delivery.

Customers may request a return within 10 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned to us through any authorized and reliable courier service at the customer's expense.

Once the returned product reaches us, it will be carefully inspected to ensure that it is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition, including its packaging and accessories where applicable. Returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or does not meet our return requirements.

After the return is approved, the refundable amount will be calculated after deducting applicable costs, including delivery/shipping charges, applicable 4% tax on the product, advertising and marketing expenses, factory/production-related costs, packaging charges, and any other costs incurred in processing and fulfilling the original order.

The remaining eligible amount will then be refunded to the customer according to our applicable refund procedure. Return shipping charges paid by the customer to send the product back to us are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of a returned product based on its condition and to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
